I will manage the unique requirements of hiring and paying contractors. I'll ensure W-9's are collected and 1099's issued promptly. I'll manage contractor information and facilitate payment once the work is complete.

Tax Preparation

Clean books mean an easier time for your accountant or tax preparer to do your taxes, which means a lower fee. Clean books also mean it's easier to see tax deductible expenses. I can file your sales taxes for you. In addition, I can also ensure your 941/944, 940, and W-3 forms are prepared and filed correctly and timely.

Monitoring Obligations

Do you have business loans? I will track your amortization to provide visibility and predictability. Do you have recurring payments? I'll monitor these to ensure they're being paid as they're supposed to, and not being paid when they don't need to.

Clean Up

Has it been a minute since you, or anyone, and cleaned up your books? Have all your records and transactions been piling up into a giant, unorganized pile? I'll get in, get these cleaned up, and we can start keeping everything organized going forward.
